South Main 1300 is located directly across the street from University of Michigan Stadium.  It is an ideal location for corporate/private tailgates and marketing/promotion of local and national brands.

South Main 1300 has a number of spacious Premium Tailgate spaces.  Park n Party offers them in several sizes, 20' x 20' and 12' x 10'.  These spots are asphalt based.  Depending upon availability, adjoining spots may be reserved to create larger areas. 

Marketing Locations
If you're looking for a high-visibility, high-traffic location near University of Michigan Stadium to promote your brand on game day, South Main 1300 should be at the top of your list! These spaces face South Main Street, are grass based, and are available in several sizes:  16' wide x 20' deep (Corner Spot) and 12' wide x 16' deep.  Depending upon availability, adjoining spots may be reserved to create larger areas.  

House Rental:  The House at South Main 1300 is available for rent throughout the year.  On Michigan Football weekends, the House is available from Friday Noon through Sunday Noon.  It's two-story, has four bedrooms (six double beds), 1.5 baths, a living room, full kitchen and appliances, HDTV with Cable, Wi-Fi, two parking spots, a porch, and other amenities.
