Little Caesars Arena Parking
Open since September of 2017, Little Caesars Arena is located in the Detroit District along with Comerica Park and Ford Field. Besides the three sporting complexes, the Detroit District includes 50 blocks of businesses, parks, restaurants, bars, and various event destinations. The District will connect Downtown and Midtown into one contiguous, walkable area where families, sports fans, entrepreneurs, entertainment lovers, and others who crave a vibrant urban setting can connect with each other and the city they love.
Of course, Little Caesars Arena will be home to both the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Pistons starting with their 2017 seasons. The arena will seat 20,000 fans for a Red Wings game, 21,000 for Pistons game, and between 15,000 and 22,000 for a concert. There will be at least 6 restaurants associated with the arena and countless shops added to the development for fans to browse before or after events. The arena will have a 500 spot parking garage, but 500 parking spots will not be nearly adequate to accommodate 20,000 people for an event.
